1. Decide and commit.

If you have a dream, stop making excuses! Quit thinking about it and commit to it 100% and start the journey.

2. Be realistic about your resolutions and what it takes to achieve a goal.

It is easy to get frustrated and give up quickly if our resolutions exceed our capacity to achieve success. Be realistic about your expectations.

3. Research and make a plan

Creating a plan helps you to map out what is required to achieve your goal. You will anticipate early on and prepare for the time, resources and energy needed to succeed.

4. Set mini goals

Mini goals help your larger goals to be more manageable and make it seem less daunting.

5. Never give up.

NEVER GIVE UP. Yes, it is hard to make a lifestyle change, but everyone has his/her own personal strategies to find the motivation and discipline to persevere. Decide, commit, follow through and NEVER GIVE UP!
