Did you know there are seven fabulous wineries in the Dallas Fort Worth area? I did not either, until Kelli Sattler told me about a unique addition to the local entertainment scene; the Grapevine Wine Tours.

Their four to five-hour excursions include generous tastings at three award-winning wineries, a delicious lunch or dinner at one of the stops, and transportation in their climate-controlled shuttle bus, all at a very affordable price.

The guests' safety and enjoyment are their main priority. Every Grapevine Wine Tour is led by a professional, licensed CTA certified tour guide who is friendly, fun-loving and well-versed in the history of Grapevine and Texas wine-making.

They are always happy to create custom packages to fit most special requests, whether this involves recognizing a special event (birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate outings), modifying their schedule or adjusting their itinerary to visit specific wineries best suited to the group's interests. They have even teamed up with the Texas Rangers and Cowboys Golf Club to offer special packages for guests interested in combining a wine tour with their favorite sport.

Though they normally pick-up and drop off guests at three Grapevine hotels, they can make alternative arrangements for groups of 10 or more. With enough advance notice, they can even accommodate groups as large as 250.
